At ApexTurbo, many of our turbochargers are built or configured specifically for each customer and application. Because of this, custom-built turbochargers are generally not eligible for returns once production has begun.
That said, our goal is always to make sure you’re ordering the right turbo the first time. If you have any questions about fitment, specifications, or available options, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order. We’re happy to walk through your setup and help determine the best solution.
Standard, non-custom items may be eligible for return if they are unused, uninstalled, and approved in advance. Please reach out to us to start that conversation.
